I took these on our May bike trip. I thought the wildflowers were pretty. That's the bike trail to the left.
There was so much fern in this area along the rock wall. I think there was an old cabin here at one time when the bike trail was the railroad.
Anyone know what this is?

Pretty flowers Ann & ferns are my fave plant :) I have no idea what that last plant is but it's very unique & my fave shape (hearts) :) Let us know if you find out what it is :) Hope you & your family are all doing well & that you're enjoying Jackson :)
What a pretty wooded area. It would be wonderful to pedal up that little road and see wildflowers growing by the side of the road.

Ann, Great woodland pictures. I love all the ferns. I think the last pic is a Mayapple (umbrella plant). You can find some info here http://biotech.icmb.utexas.edu/botany/mayhist.html
