This is a photo of my Grandfather. My mother's father. Lawrence McKenzie. The photo was taken in 1904 and he was 18 years old. He married soon after and had 15 children. My mother was number 13. I never knew him. He died before I was born. 

Here is my Dad in 1933. He was 18 years old. Young and carefree.  

This is my Mom. She is in the 8th grade in this photo. Her name was Bessie Wilihelmina McKenzie Johnson. She was born in 1925 and died in 1980. We love you and miss you daily. 

I thought I would post a few old family photos. This is my Dad. He was in the army during WW2 and was stationed in the Aleutian Islands for 2 years. This photo was taken in 1943. His name was Leonard W. Johnson. He was born in 1915 and died in 1991. He was 45 years old when I was born in 1959. We miss him dearly. 

This is a collage I did to honor my mother. She attended cadet nursing school and graduated in 1945. If WW2 would have continued she would have served her country as a nurse. She is gone now but I try to keep her memory alive. Her 81st birthday would be this Friday, March 3rd. Love you Mom! I'm not happy with the name tag but it will do for now.
